The RAZR2 comes complete with a set of high quality headphones, but will be compatible with a range of wireless headsets. The chances are that when it is first released, the RAZR 2 will come with a hefty price tag, especially in the run up to Christmas, but in the New Year, prices should fall quickly, and it will become very popular when it is available as a free upgrade.
